Install Technician Console

• If Internet Explorer tells you - in an information bar at the top of this window - that the Technician Console add-on is required, click the bar and choose the "Install ActiveX Control" command.

• If this does not help, you may have insufficient access rights on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.
  
  
• Note: If you are aware that the Technician Console has previously been installed on this computer, you can try using that version instead of running the installation. Start Technician Console
